for Declaratory Order
Take notice that on January 22, 2018,
pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission’s
(Commission) Rules of Practice and
Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(2) (2016),
Stateline Crude, LLC (Stateline), filed a
petition for a declaratory order (petition)
seeking approval of the overall rate
structure and terms of service for a new
crude oil pipeline system in the
Delaware Basin region of Texas and
New Mexico. The proposed facilities
will gather and transport crude oil
produced in the Delaware Basin to
interconnections with Plains Pipeline,
L.P. and Rangeland RIO Pipeline in

as more fully explained in the petition.
