The proposed facilities will gather and transport crude oil produced in the Delaware Basin to interconnections with Plains Pipeline, L.P. and Rangeland RIO Pipeline in PO 00000 Frm 00017 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Reeves and Loving Counties, Texas, all as more fully explained in the petition.
