The above-referenced parcel was researched and described in the October 4, 2016, Disclaimer of Interest Report by Mark Smirnov, BLM Cadastral Surveyor (now retired). In his report, Mr. Smirnov references a BLM Official Dependent Resurvey approved on August 31, 2006, and filed on November 17, 2006.
