Squibb and Sons, LLC, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The 
application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-
Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), and the regulations of 
the FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400). It was formally docketed on January 3, 
2018.
    The proposed expansion of Subzone 49C will add 0.1258 acres to 
existing Site 1 (96 acres), located at One Squibb Drive in New 
Brunswick. No additional authorization for production activity has been 
requested at this time.
