on orphan designation of drugs and
biologics for pediatric subpopulations of
common diseases. It does not establish
any rights for any person and is not

determined the regulatory review period
for PROACT ADJUSTABLE
CONTINENCE THERAPY FOR MEN
and is publishing this notice of that
determination as required by law. FDA
has made the determination because of
the submission of applications to the
Director of the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO), Department
of Commerce, for the extension of a
patent which claims that medical
device.
DATES: Anyone with knowledge that any
of the dates as published (in the
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section) are
incorrect may submit either electronic

redetermination by March 13, 2018.
Furthermore, any interested person may
