[Docket No. CP18–25–000]
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC;
Notice of Request Under Blanket
Authorization
Take notice that on December 8, 2017,
Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC
(Columbia), 700 Louisiana Street, Suite
700, Houston, Texas 77002–2700, filed
in Docket No. CP18–25–000 a prior
notice request pursuant to sections
157.205 and 157.213(b) of the
Commission’s regulations under the
Natural Gas Act (NGA), as amended,
requesting authorization to construct
and operate one new horizontal storage
well (Donegal Storage Well 12618),
approximately 703 feet of eight-inchdiameter of related pipeline, and
appurtenances at its existing Donegal
Storage Field in Washington County,
Pennsylvania. Columbia proposes to
construct Donegal Storage Well 12618 in
lieu of multiple well recompletions and
stimulations. Columbia states that
Donegal Storage Well 12618 could
provide 15 million cubic feet per day or
more during a design flow day,
dependent on certain parameters.
Columbia estimates the cost of the
project to be approximately $3,300,000.
Columbia avers that there will be no
change in the certificated physical
parameters of the Donegal Storage Field,
including maximum reservoir pressure,
reservoir and buffer boundaries, and
certificated storage capacity as a result
of the proposal, all as more fully set
