Clean Fuel Cell Grant Program.

Title: Clean Fuel Cell Grant Program
(OMB Number: 2132–0573).
Background: The Clean Fuels Grant
Program was developed to assist nonattainment and maintenance areas in
achieving or maintaining the National
Ambient Air Quality Standards for
ozone and carbon monoxide (CO). The
program also supported emerging clean
fuel and advanced propulsion
technologies for transit buses and
markets for those technologies. The

under the Moving Ahead for Progress in
the 21st Century Act (MAP–21).

Congress, or the funds are otherwise
reallocated.

ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
This notice announces a final
environmental action taken by the
Federal Transit Administration (FTA)
for a project in Los Angeles County,
California. The purpose of this notice is
to announce publicly the environmental
decision by FTA on the subject project
and to activate the limitation on any
claims that may challenge this final
environmental action.
DATES: By this notice, FTA is advising
the public of final agency actions
subject to Section 139(l) of Title 23,
United States Code (U.S.C.). A claim
seeking judicial review of FTA actions
announced herein for the listed public
transportation projects will be barred
unless the claim is filed on or before
May 10, 2018.
