SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the State of Hawaii revised its 
approved Public Water System Supervision Program (PWSSP) under the 
federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) by adopting the Filter Backwash 
Recycling Rule (FBRR) and the Long-Term 1 Enhanced Surface Water 
Treatment Rule (LT1). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has
