The project would occupy no federal land or Indian reservations. The draft EIS contains staff’s evaluations of the applicant’s proposal and the alternatives for licensing the proposed Lassen Lodge Hydroelectric Project. The draft EIS documents the views of governmental agencies, nongovernmental organizations, affected Indian tribes, the public, the license applicant, and Commission staff.
