rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights 
(Commission) and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a 
meeting of the New Mexico Advisory Committee (Committee) to the 
Commission will be held at 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Time) Wednesday, 
December 13, 2017. The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to 
discuss a draft report on elder abuse issues in the state.
