Description of Request: On August 24, 2017, the Commission issued an Order Ruling on Declaration of Intention and Finding Licensing Not Required for the project under docket number DI17– 6–000 finding that a license or exemption for licensing is not required to operate and maintain the project. As a result, the exemptee, the City of Hailey, Idaho, has determined it would like to surrender the exemption. No ground disturbance is associated with the proposed surrender and project features will remain in place. m.
