Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, Federal agencies are required to publish notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information, including each proposed extension of a currently approved collection, and allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice solicits comments on information needed from veterans to apply to change his/her plan of insurance from a higher reserve to a lower reserve. DATES: Written comments and recommendations on the proposed collection of information should be received on or before January 30, 2018. The meeting is open to the public. The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice to the Secretary on the Frm 00089 Fmt 4703 rehabilitation needs of Veterans with disabilities and on the administration of VA’s rehabilitation programs.
