pay. The form will also allow eligible
members covered by the Blended
Retirement System to make a voluntary
election of a partial lump sum of retired
pay, as required by Section 1415 of title
10, United States Code.
Affected Public: All Uniformed
Service members who are eligible to
retire or to begin receiving retired pay,
their spouses, and dependents.
