the U.S. International Trade
Commission has determined not to
review an initial determination (‘‘ID’’)
(Order No. 5) of the presiding
administrative law judge (‘‘ALJ’’),
granting a motion to terminate the
above-captioned investigation in its
entirety based on a withdrawal of the
complaint.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
Commission instituted this investigation
on July 12, 2017, based on a complaint
filed on behalf of Rio Brands, LLC of
West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. 82
FR 32199 (July 12, 2017). The complaint
alleges violations of section 337 of the
Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19
U.S.C. 1337, by reason of infringement
of a claim of U.S. Patent No. RE 39,022.
The complaint further alleges that a
domestic industry exists. The
Commission’s notice of investigation
named CGI Outdoor, Inc. of Higganum,
Connecticut, as respondent. The Office
of Unfair Import Investigations did not
participate in the investigation.
