The company plans to import the listed controlled substances in overencapsulated tablets for clinical trial only. Approval of permit applications will occur only when the registrant’s business activity is consistent with what is authorized under 21 U.S.C. 952(a)(2). The Consent Decree settles claims brought by the United States for violations of the Clean Air Act and federal regulations promulgated thereunder with respect to refrigeration equipment owned and operated by Defendants on two commercial fishing vessels.
