Correction is made to notice
82 FR 50678, which was published on
Wednesday, November 1, 2017, to
clarify that the Office of Unfair Import
Investigations is not named as a party in
this modification proceeding. Any
inclusion of the Office of Unfair Import
Investigations as a named party in this
proceeding is hereby corrected in the
Notice of Institution.

Notice is hereby given that, on
October 3, 2017, pursuant to Section
6(a) of the National Cooperative
Research and Production Act of 1993,
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (‘‘the Act’’),
Pistoia Alliance, Inc. has filed written
notifications simultaneously with the
Attorney General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, Luxoft Global Operations
GmbH, Zug, SWITZERLAND; Congenica
Limited, Hinxton, UNITED KINGDOM;
Jeremy G. Frey (individual member),
Highfield, UNITED KINGDOM; The
HDF Group, Champaign, IL; BioRAFT,

On May 28, 2009, Pistoia Alliance,
Inc. filed its original notification
pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The
Department of Justice published a notice
in the Federal Register pursuant to
Section 6(b) of the Act on July 15, 2009
(74 FR 34364).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on July 12, 2017. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to Section 6(b) of the
Act on August 16, 2017 (82 FR 38939).
