In Guam, approximately 45 sample

via in-person interviews. A content reinterview will be conducted to assess
the accuracy and reliability of the data
collected. For the re-interview, a sample
of approximately 400 respondents will
be selected and contacted for a followup interview via a telephone number
they provided during the original
interview.

AGENCY:
In accordance with the
regulations implementing the Marine
Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as
amended, notification is hereby given
that NMFS has issued an incidental
harassment authorization (IHA) to the
Scripps Institution of Oceanography
(SIO) to incidentally harass, by Level A
and Level B harassment, marine
mammals during a low-energy marine
geophysical survey in the northeastern
Pacific Ocean.
DATES: This Authorization is valid from
September 22, 2017, through September
19, 2018.
