Manner, of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for this major disaster. disaster for the State of Idaho (FEMA-4342-DR), dated October 7, 2017, 
and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated October 7, 2017, the President issued a major disaster
