The notification conforming to the requirements of the regulations of the FTZ Board (15 CFR 400.22) was received on October 4, 2017. A separate application for subzone designation for the Lockheed Martin facility under FTZ 123 is being processed (see docket S–151–2017). The facility will be used to produce satellites and other spacecraft for spacebased use.
