Abstract: Using its Clean Air Act authority in sections 231 and 114, 42 U.S.C. 7571 and 7414, the EPA is proposing to renew the existing data collection requirement for new aircraft engines to report emissions information, production volumes, and technical parameters. Also, at this time, the EPA is proposing to amend this existing requirement to collect data on nonvolatile particulate matter (nvPM) emissions from some classes of aircraft engines. desktop systems on which the CBI will reside. The contractor will also 
provide information technology support and solutions to enhance science 
and research results.
    In accordance with 40 CFR 2.306(j), EPA has determined that under 
EPA contract number HHSN316201200065W, order number HHSN31600002, 
Patriot and VTI will require access to CBI submitted to EPA under all
