Pacific Fishery Management Council; Public Meeting, 48063-48064 [2017-22359]

Download as PDF Federal Register / Vol. 82, No. 198 / Monday, October 16, 2017 / Notices Customs and Border Protection (CBP) based on the final results.4 After issuing the Preliminary Results, the Department received no comments from interested parties, and has not received any information that would cause it to alter its preliminary determination. Therefore, because the record indicates that these companies did not export subject merchandise to the United States, the Department continues to find that Fujian Roungshu, Roung Shu, and Xiamen Yi He had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR. As the Department received no comments for consideration in these final results, the Department has not prepared an Issues and Decision Memorandum for this review. Assessment Rates Pursuant to section 751(a)(2)(C) of the Act, and 19 CFR 351.212(b)(1), the Department has determined, and CBP shall assess, antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise in accordance with the final results of this review. The Department intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP 15 days after publication of the final results of this administrative review. Additionally, because the Department determined that Fujian Roungshu, Roung Shu, and Xiamen Yi He had no shipments of subject merchandise during the POR, any suspended entries that entered under Fujian Roungshu, Roung Shu, or Xiamen Yi He’s case number (i.e., at that exporter’s rate) will be liquidated at the all-others rate if there is no rate for the intermediate company(ies) involved in the transaction.5 ethrower on DSK3G9T082PROD with NOTICES Notification to Importers This notice also serves as a final reminder to importers of their responsibility under 19 CFR 351.402(f)(2) to file a certificate regarding the reimbursement of antidumping duties prior to liquidation of the relevant entries during this review period. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in the Department’s presumption that reimbursement of antidumping duties occurred and the subsequent assessment of double antidumping duties. Notification Regarding Administrative Protective Order This notice serves as the only reminder to parties subject to administrative protective order (APO) of 4 See Preliminary Results, 82 FR at 26666. 5 See Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proveedings: Assessment of Antidumping Duties, 68 FR 23954 (May 6, 2003). This notice is published in accordance with section 751(a)(1) and 777(i)(1) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.213(h) and 351.221(b)(5). Dated: October 6, 2017.
