FEDERAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS
ADVISORY BOARD
A. Does this action apply to me?
You may be potentially affected by
this action if you work in an agricultural
settings or if you are concerned about
implementation of the Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide
Act (FIFRA); the Federal Food, Drug,
and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA); and the
amendments to both of these major
pesticide laws by the Food Quality
Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996; the
Pesticide Registration Improvement Act,
and the Endangered Species Act.
Potentially affected entities may
include, but are not limited to:
Agricultural workers and farmers;
pesticide industry and trade
associations; environmental, consumer,
and farm worker groups; pesticide users
and growers; animal rights groups; pest
consultants; State, local, and tribal
governments; academia; public health
organizations; and the public. If you

AGENCY:
Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. 3511(d), the
Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub.
L. 92–463), as amended, and the FASAB
Rules Of Procedure, as amended in
October 2010, notice is hereby given
that under the authority and in
furtherance of the objectives of 31
U.S.C. 3511(d), the Secretary of the
Treasury, the Director of the Office of
Management and Budget, and the
Comptroller General of the United
States (the sponsors) have agreed to
continue an advisory committee to
consider and recommend accounting
standards and principles for the federal
government. Copies can be obtained by

In accordance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the
Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA
or the Agency) is seeking public
comments concerning an information
collection known as ‘‘Federal Home
Loan Bank Directors,’’ which has been
assigned control number 2590–0006 by
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB). FHFA intends to submit the
information collection to OMB for
review and approval of a three-year

A. Need for and Use of the Information
Collection
Section 7 of the Federal Home Loan
Bank Act (Bank Act) vests the
management of each Federal Home Loan
Bank (Bank) in its board of directors.1
As required by section 7, each Bank’s
board comprises two types of directors:
