West Stockbridge proposes to operate the project in a run-of-river mode with an estimated annual energy production of approximately 67.5 megawatt-hours. o. The Applicants request authorization to construct certain facilities designed to transport up to 322 million cubic feet per day of natural gas on a firm basis from Texas Eastern Transmission, L.P.’s existing interconnections to a delivery point on the Brazoria Interconnector Gas Pipeline near Stratton Ridge, Texas.
