(3) to exclude herself voluntarily from
serving in any advisory capacity to PHS
including, but not limited to, service on

beginning with the effective date of the
Agreement; and
(4) that as a condition of the
Agreement, Respondent will request
that PLoS One 8(8):e71868, 2013 be
corrected or retracted.
