alternate form of government-issued
photo identification to leave on file with
security while in the building. All
visitors must pass through a metal
detection security screening.

The
committee meeting is being held under
the provisions of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C.
Appendix, as amended), the
Government in the Sunshine Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR 102–3.150.
Purpose of the Meeting: The Board is
chartered to provide independent
advice and recommendations to the
Secretary of the Army on construction
and rehabilitation project investments
on the commercial navigation features
of the inland waterways system of the
United States. At this meeting, the
Board will receive briefings and
presentations regarding the investments,
projects and status of the inland
waterways system of the United States
and conduct discussions and
deliberations on those matters. The
Board is interested in written and verbal
comments from the public relevant to
these purposes.
Agenda: At this meeting the agenda
will include the status of FY 2018
funding and impacts of the Continuing
Resolution, and status of the FY 2019
Budget for the Navigation Program;
status of the Inland Waterways Trust
Fund and project updates; continuing
dissemination of navigation data via
AIS, including the Lock Performance
Monitoring System (LPMS); status of the
construction activities for Olmsted
Locks and Dam Project, the Locks and
Dams 2, 3, and 4 on the Monongahela
River Project, the Chickamauga Lock
Project and the Kentucky Lock Project;
update of the Upper Ohio River
Navigation study; and update of the
Brazos River Floodgates and Colorado
River Locks Study and ‘‘open channel’’
option.

updates to the agenda for the November
3, 2017 meeting. The final version will
be provided at the meeting. All
materials will be posted to the Web site

The U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers (Corps), in cooperation with
Orange County Public Works, Orange
County, CA announces the availability
of a Draft Integrated Feasibility Report
(Draft IFR) including Feasibility Report
and Environmental Impact Statement
(EIS) for the Aliso Creek Mainstem
Ecosystem Restoration Study, Orange
County, CA for review and comment.
The study evaluates opportunities for
restoring degraded aquatic and riparian
ecosystem structure and function,
riverine and floodplain system
connectivity, stream channel stability
and protection of critical public
infrastructure, including both regional
water supply and wastewater
conveyance pipelines along the lower
Aliso Creek Mainstem in Orange
County, CA. A Notice of Intent to
prepare the Draft EIS was published on
April 9, 2009 in the Federal Register (74
