Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board Executive Secretary (15 CFR 400.36(f)), the application to expand Subzone 18F was approved on September 14, 2017, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations, including Section 400.13, and further subject to FTZ 143’s 2,000-acre activation limit. (Valeo), located in Winchester, Kentucky. The application was submitted pursuant to the provisions of the Foreign-Trade Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–81u), and the regulations of the Board (15 CFR part 400).     On July 20, 2017, the Executive Secretary of the Foreign-Trade 
Zones (FTZ) Board docketed an application submitted by the City of San

Research Corporation, in Fremont and Livermore, California.
