Program.

Type of Request: Extension of
currently approved collection.
Form Number: None.
Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: The
information collection is used to
determine the eligibility of prospective
program participants and in binding
contracts between the purchaser and
HUD in implementing the Dollar Home
Sales program. The sale of these
properties makes it possible for
government entities to rehabilitate the
homes and make them available as low
and moderate income housing.
