given of a meeting of the Research,
Engineering and Development (RE&D)
Advisory Committee. The meeting
agenda will include time allocated to
discuss recommendations provided by
the advisory committee to the FAA on
research and development investments
in the areas of air traffic services,
airports, aircraft safety, human factors
and environment and energy.
Attendance is open to the interested
public but seating is limited. With the
approval of the chairman, members of
the public may present oral statements
at the meeting. Persons wishing to
attend the meeting, present statements,
