    The Council is an advisory committee composed of representatives

recruitment, hiring, and advancement of Hispanics in the Federal 
workforce. The Council is co-chaired by the Director of the Office of 
Personnel Management and the Chair of the National Hispanic Leadership 
Agenda (NHLA).
