land use from aeronautical use to non-aeronautical use of two parcels 
of land comprising a total of 18.6 acres of land. The northeasterly 
parcel is approximately 10.2 acres and the northwesterly parcel is 
approximately 8.4 acres. The Airport Layout Plan was updated with a Pen 
and Ink change to designate the parcel for non-aeronautical use. The 
annual savings in electrical costs created by the solar farm will 
offset the fair market value of the land lease over the lease period.
