hydroelectric applications have been
filed with the Commission and are
available for public inspection.

b. Project No.: 13407–004.
c. Date filed: May 23, 2017.
d. Applicant: Clean River Power MR–
2, LLC, a subsidiary of Free Flow Power
Corporation.
e. Name of Project: Lowell Lock and
Dam Water Power Project.
f. Location: The proposed project
would be located at the existing Lowell
Lock and Dam on the Muskingum River
in Washington County, West of the City
of Lowell, Ohio. The lock and dam was
formally owned and operated by the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, but is
currently owned and operated by the
Ohio Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Parks and Recreation.
