Electronic data is protected through user identification, passwords, database permissions and software controls. Access to records in the system is limited to authorized personnel who have a need to access the records in the performance of their official duties, and each person’s access is restricted to only the functions and data necessary to perform that person’s job responsibilities. System administrators and authorized users for both ABMC and DOI are trained and required to follow established internal security protocols and must complete all security, privacy, and records management training, and sign Rules of Behavior for each agency. MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED: The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation 
Board (CSB) will convene a public meeting on September 18, 2017, 
starting at 1:00 p.m. EDT in Washington, DC, at the CSB offices located 
at 1750 Pennsylvania Avenue NW., Suite 910. The Board will provide a 
summary of work completed in FY 2017 and discuss the CSB report on the
