AGENCY:
This document requests
comments on a Petition for Rulemaking
filed by Wind River Broadcasting, Inc.,
proposing to amend the FM Table of
Allotments, of the Commission’s rules,
by allotting Channel 274C2 at Cora,
Wyoming, as a first local service. A staff
engineering analysis indicates that
Channel 274C2 can be allotted to Cora,
consistent with the minimum distance
separation requirements of the
Commission’s rules without a site
restriction. The reference coordinates
are 43–03–24 NL and 110–08–07 WL.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before September 21, 2017, and reply
comments on or before October 6, 2017.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service (hereinafter, Service or we)
proposes special migratory bird hunting
regulations for certain Tribes on Federal
Indian reservations, off-reservation trust
lands, and ceded lands for the 2017–18
migratory bird hunting season.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As part of
DOI’s retrospective regulatory review,
we developed a schedule for migratory
game bird hunting regulations that is
more efficient and will provide dates
much earlier than was possible under
the old process. This will facilitate
planning for the States and all parties
interested in migratory bird hunting.
Beginning in the summer of 2015, with
the development of the 2016–17 hunting
seasons, we are using a new schedule
