Under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44

submitted a request for renewal of an
existing collection of information to
OMB for review entitled, NRC Form 64,
‘‘Travel Voucher’’ (Part 1); NRC Form
64A, ‘‘Travel Voucher’’ (Part 2); and
NRC Form 64B, ‘‘Optional Travel
Voucher’’ (Part 2). The NRC hereby
