an extension for a currently approved

Abstract: Authorized under Section
9004 of the Food, Conservation, and
Energy Act of 2008, the purpose of this
program is to provide financial
incentives to biorefineries to replace the
use of fossil fuels used to produce heat
or power at their facilities by installing
new systems that use renewable
biomass, or to produce new energy from
renewable biomass.
Estimate of Burden:
Estimated Number of Respondents: 3.
Estimated Number of Responses per
Respondent: 12.
Estimated Number of Responses: 36.
Estimated Total Annual Burden on
Respondents: 701 Hours.
