as Receiver for Public Savings Bank,
Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania (‘‘the
Receiver’’) intends to terminate its
receivership for said institution. The
FDIC was appointed receiver of Public
Savings Bank on August 18, 2011. The
liquidation of the receivership assets
has been completed. To the extent
permitted by available funds and in
accordance with law, the Receiver will
be making a final dividend payment to
proven creditors.
Based upon the foregoing, the
Receiver has determined that the
continued existence of the receivership
will serve no useful purpose.
Consequently, notice is given that the
receivership shall be terminated, to be
effective no sooner than thirty days after
the date of this Notice. If any person
wishes to comment concerning the
termination of the receivership, such
comment must be made in writing and
sent within thirty days of the date of
this Notice to: Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation, Division of
Resolutions and Receiverships,

No comments concerning the

The World War One Centennial
Commission was established by Public
Law 112–272 (as amended), as a
commission to ensure a suitable
observance of the centennial of World
War I, to provide for the designation of
memorials to the service of members of
the United States Armed Forces in
World War I, and for other purposes.
Under this authority, the Committee
will plan, develop, and execute
programs, projects, and activities to
commemorate the centennial of World
War I, encourage private organizations
and State and local governments to
organize and participate in activities
commemorating the centennial of World
War I, facilitate and coordinate activities
throughout the United States relating to
the centennial of World War I, serve as
a clearinghouse for the collection and
dissemination of information about
events and plans for the centennial of
World War I, and develop
recommendations for Congress and the
President for commemorating the
centennial of World War I. The
Commission does not have an
appropriation and operates on donated
funds.

Under the PRA (44 U.S.C. 3501–
3520), federal agencies must obtain
approval from the Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) for each collection of
information they conduct or sponsor.
The term ‘‘collection of information’’ is
defined in 44 U.S.C. 3502(3) and 5 CFR
1320.3(c) and includes agency requests
or requirements that members of the
public submit reports, keep records, or
provide information to a third party.
Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the PRA
requires federal agencies to publish a
