The notificants listed below have
applied under the Change in Bank
Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and
§ 225.41 of the Board’s Regulation Y (12
CFR 225.41) to acquire shares of a bank
or bank holding company. The factors
that are considered in acting on the
notices are set forth in paragraph 7 of
the Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)(7)).
The notices are available for
immediate inspection at the Federal
Reserve Bank indicated. The notices
also will be available for inspection at
the offices of the Board of Governors.
Interested persons may express their
views in writing to the Reserve Bank

The Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services (CMS) is announcing
an opportunity for the public to
comment on CMS’ intention to collect
information from the public. Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA), federal agencies are required to
publish notice in the Federal Register
concerning each proposed collection of
information, including each proposed
extension or reinstatement of an existing
collection of information, and to allow
a second opportunity for public
comment on the notice. Interested
persons are invited to send comments
regarding the burden estimate or any
other aspect of this collection of
information, including the necessity and
utility of the proposed information
collection for the proper performance of
the agency’s functions, the accuracy of
the estimated burden, ways to enhance
the quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and the use
of automated collection techniques or
other forms of information technology to
minimize the information collection
burden.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA)
(44 U.S.C. 3501–3520), federal agencies
must obtain approval from the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for each
collection of information they conduct
or sponsor. The term ‘‘collection of
information’’ is defined in 44 U.S.C.
3502(3) and 5 CFR 1320.3(c) and
includes agency requests or
requirements that members of the public
submit reports, keep records, or provide
information to a third party. Section
3506(c)(2)(A) of the PRA (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)) requires federal agencies
to publish a 30-day notice in the
Federal Register concerning each
proposed collection of information,
including each proposed extension or
reinstatement of an existing collection
of information, before submitting the
collection to OMB for approval. No
comments were received in response to
the 60-day comment period. To comply
with this requirement, CMS is
publishing this notice that summarizes
the following proposed collection(s) of
information for public comment:
1. Type of Information Collection
Request: Revision of an existing
information collection request; Title of
Information Collection: Consumer
Experience Survey Data Collection. Use:
Section 1311(c)(4) of the Affordable
Care Act requires the Department of
Health and Human Services (HHS) to
develop an enrollee satisfaction survey
system that assesses consumer
experience with qualified health plans
(QHPs) offered through an Exchange. It
also requires public display of enrollee
satisfaction information by the
Exchange to allow individuals to easily
compare enrollee satisfaction levels
between comparable plans. HHS
established the QHP Enrollee
Experience Survey (QHP Enrollee
Survey) to assess consumer experience
with the QHPs offered through the
Marketplaces. The survey include topics
to assess consumer experience with the
health care system such as
communication skills of providers and
ease of access to health care services.
CMS developed the survey using the
Consumer Assessment of Health
Providers and Systems (CAHPS®)
principles (https://www.ahrq.gov/
cahps/about-cahps/principles/
index.html) and established an
