Ranges of alternatives are to be developed and finalized for analysis over the course of the September and November Pacific Council meetings. Due to workload limitations, it is unlikely that all of these issues will move forward in 2017. Although nonemergency issues not contained in the meeting agenda may be discussed, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during these meetings. Action will be restricted to those issues specifically listed in this SUMMARY: E:\FR\FM\12JYN1.SGM 12JYN1
