Purpose: Discuss issues related to title
10 of the Code of Federal Regulations
(10 CFR) part 35 Medical Use of
Byproduct Material.
Date and Time for Open Sessions:

3:30 p.m. and September 12, 2017, from
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Data and Time for Closed Sessions:
September 11, 2017, from 7:00 a.m. to
8:00 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00
p.m. These sessions will be closed on
September 11, 2017, for badging and
enrollment for new members to the
ACMUI and for annual required
training, respectively.

2017.html on or about October 24, 2017.
4. Persons who require special
services, such as those for the hearing

accordance with the Atomic Energy Act
of 1954, as amended (primarily Section
161a); the Federal Advisory Committee
Act (5 U.S.C. App); and the
Commission’s regulations in 10 CFR
part 7.
