N. 45th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85086.
On June 1, 2016, in the U.S. District

Morales (‘‘Morales’’) was convicted of
violating Section 38 of the Arms Export

magazines, without the required U.S.
Department of State licenses. Morales
was sentenced to 50 months in prison
with credit for time served, 36 months
of supervised release, and a $100 special
