The FAA
invites public comment on the request
to release property at the Dallas/Fort
Worth International Airport under the
provisions of the AIR 21.
The following is a brief overview of
the request:
The Dallas/Fort Worth International
Airport requests the release of 41.096
acres of non-aeronautical airport
property for permanent easement to the
Fort Worth Transportation Authority.
The permanent easement to be released
will be used for public mass transit
improvements and revenues shall be
used to further develop, operate and
maintain DFW Airport.
Any person may inspect the request
in person at the FAA office listed above
under FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
CONTACT.
In addition, any person may, upon
request, inspect the application, notice
and other documents relevant to the
