The following is a brief overview of the request: The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport requests the release of 41.096 acres of non-aeronautical airport property for permanent easement to the Fort Worth Transportation Authority. The permanent easement to be released will be used for public mass transit improvements and revenues shall be used to further develop, operate and maintain DFW Airport.
