invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of 
Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew a previously approved 
information collection. This collection ensures that U.S. operators 
have proper noise certification information when they fly outside the 
U.S., in compliance with ICAO, Annex 16, Volume 1, Amendment 8.
