applicant proposes to replace one of the
two turbine-generator units at the
project. The new turbine-generator unit
would increase the total authorized
installed capacity of the project from 1
to 1.2 megawatts, and would raise the
hydraulic capacity of the project from
280 to 350 cubic feet per second. The
applicant does not propose any changes
to project operation.
