The committee is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (the Act) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the committee is to improve collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with the Act. Ortiz Auto Distributors, Inc., Caguas, Puerto Rico On March 1, 2017, the Executive Secretary of the Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZ) Board docketed an application submitted by CODEZOL, C.D., grantee of FTZ 163, requesting subzone status subject to the existing activation limit of FTZ 163, on behalf of R. Ortiz Auto Distributors, Inc., in Caguas, Puerto Rico. The application was processed in accordance with the FTZ Act and Regulations, including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (82 FR 12788, March 7, 2017). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board’s Executive Secretary (15 CFR Sec. 400.36(f)), the application to establish Subzone 163H was approved on May 18, 2017, subject to the FTZ Act and the Board’s regulations, including E:\FR\FM\15JNN1.SGM 15JNN1
