SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Effective
February 27, 2017, the Commission
established a schedule for the conduct
of this review (82 FR 12467, March 3,
2017). Subsequently, counsel for the
domestic interested parties filed a
request for consideration of cancellation
of the hearing. Counsel indicated a
willingness to submit written testimony
and responses to any Commission
questions in lieu of an actual hearing.
No other party has entered an
appearance in this review.
Consequently, the public hearing in
connection with this review, scheduled

Budget (OMB) for review and approval
in accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The information
collection is a Request for Corrective
Action Form, available on OARM’s
public Web site, for current and former
employees of, or applicants for
employment with, the Federal Bureau of
Investigation (FBI) who wish to file a
claim of whistleblower reprisal.
