The Commission is not requesting that
the respondents submit confidential

submitting an extension for this
information collection in order to obtain
the full three-year clearance from OMB.
Section 43.51 requires any
communication common carrier
described in paragraph (b) of this
section to file with the Commission,
within thirty (30) days of execution, a
