SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: SUMMARY: Agenda The Advisory Panel will review Plan Development Team (PDT) analysis regarding skate bait possession limits. They will discuss and select preferred alternatives for Framework 4 to the Skate Fishery Management Plan which modifies skate bait possession limits and associated measures. The panel will also review and discuss PDT analysis, to date, regarding the upcoming specifications framework which would set specifications for FYs 2018 and 2019 and would remove the prohibition on landing barndoor skates. Other business, as necessary. Although other non-emergency issues not on the agenda may come before this group for discussion, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during this meeting.
