licensee filed an (SMP update) pursuant
to ordering paragraph (I) of the July 26,
2011 Order Modifying and Approving
Shoreline Management Plan, which
required an SMP update no later than
March 31, 2017, and every 10 years
thereafter. The SMP update details:
Revisions to the Non-Conforming
Structures sections to reflect the current
status of the program; permitting
guidance for proposed shoreline
development on islands not owned by
Ameren Missouri; permitting guidance
for limited authorization of walkways,
patios, and decks; a description of the
current Dock Electrical Safety program;
updates to Appendix B—Lake of the
Ozarks Permit Requirements to reflect
current permitting practices conforming
to SMP policies; and removal of the
consultation record supporting
development of the prior versions of the
SMP, and Appendix H that included the
project’s license.
