DATES: Comments should be submitted
by May 15, 2017.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
properties listed in this notice are being
considered for listing or related actions
in the National Register of Historic
Places. Nominations for their
consideration were received by the
National Park Service before April 1,
2017. Pursuant to section 60.13 of 36
CFR part 60, written comments are
being accepted concerning the
significance of the nominated properties
under the National Register criteria for
evaluation.
Before including your address, phone
number, email address, or other
personal identifying information in your
comment, you should be aware that
your entire comment—including your
personal identifying information—may
be made publicly available at any time.
While you can ask us in your comment
to withhold your personal identifying
information from public review, we

On September 9, 2016, we published

Notice of our intent to request that OMB
renew approval for this information
collection. In that Notice, we solicited
comments for 60 days, ending
November 7, 2016. We received no
comments in response to that Notice.
We again invite comments concerning
this information collection on:
• Whether or not the collection of
information is necessary, including
whether or not the information will
have practical utility;
• The accuracy of our estimate of the
burden for this collection of
information;
• Ways to enhance the quality, utility,
and clarity of the information to be
collected; and
• Ways to minimize the burden of the

respondents.

Pursuant to the joint bidding
provisions of 30 CFR 556.511–556.515,
the Bureau of Ocean Energy
Management is publishing a List of
Restricted Joint Bidders. Each entity
within one of the following groups is
restricted from bidding with any entity
in any of the other following groups at
Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas
lease sales to be held during the bidding
period May 1, 2017, through October 31,
2017. This List of Restricted Joint
Bidders will cover the period May 1,
2017, through October 31, 2017, and
replace the prior list published on
November 4, 2016, which covered the
period of November 1, 2016, through
April 30, 2017.
