OMB authorization for an ICR cannot be for more than three (3) years without renewal, and the current approval for this collection is scheduled to expire on April 30, 2017. The DOL seeks to extend PRA authorization for this information collection for three (3) more years, without any change to existing requirements. The DOL notes that existing information collection requirements submitted to the OMB receive a month-to-month extension while they undergo review. SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive 
patent license in the United States to practice the invention described 
and claimed in U.S. Patent Number 7,621,670 entitled, ``Unbalanced-
flow, Fluid-Mixing Plug with Metering Capabilities'', to APlus-QMC, 
LLC, having its principal place of business in McDonough, GA. The 
fields of use are unlimited. NASA has not yet made a determination to 
grant the requested license and may deny the requested license even if 
no objections are submitted within the comment period.

DATES: The prospective exclusive license may be granted unless, within
