The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Krannert Art Museum at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Champaign, Illinois, from on or about August 25, 2017, until on or about March 24, 2018, at the National Museum of African Art, Smithsonian Institution, from on or about May 9, 2018, until on or about September 3, 2018, at the Fowler Museum at the University of California, Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, from on or about October 21, 2018, until on or about February 10, 2019, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these Determinations be published in the Federal Register. Abstract of Proposed Collection The Affidavit Regarding a Change of Name is submitted in conjunction with an application for a U.S. passport. It collects information that the Department uses to establish that an applicant for a U.S. passport has adopted a new name without formal court proceedings or by marriage and has publicly and exclusively used the adopted name over a period of time (at least five years).
